Rest, Restore, Revitalize
Therapist Retreat 2026
October 3–4, 2026
Kananaskis Nordic Spa
Hosted by:
Danielle Morran, Dominique Bonneville, and Erin Mingay
A weekend created for therapists
This retreat was created with one intention in mind:
To offer therapists and helping professionals a space to rest.
Not to learn more.
Not to do more.
Simply to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself, your body, nature, and community.
Centered around relaxation and connection, this weekend invites you to slow down, receive care, and remember what it feels like to simply be.

A note about connection
While optional networking opportunities are available, this retreat is intentionally centered on rest rather than professional productivity.
So many therapists spend their lives caring for others.
This weekend is an invitation to let yourself be cared for too.
To step away from being "on."
To reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been asking for rest, creativity, community, or simply more space to breathe.
