From a young age, I was fortunate to experience the support and care of a relationship that made me feel seen, heard, and understood. This early experience planted the seed for my passion for helping others. It led me to study counselling, but more importantly, it set me on a lifelong journey of learning, unlearning, and deepening my understanding of what it means to be in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.

I believe we all do the best we can with the resources we have, and still, there are times when we can feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Healing happens in connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your unique experiences. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore, grow, and move toward what feels most authentic and true for you.

My approach to therapy is grounded in relationship and curiosity—offering a space where you are met with authenticity, deep listening, and non-judgment. I believe that healing isn’t about fixing something that’s broken, but about reconnecting—to yourself, your inner wisdom, and the support around you.

Outside of therapy, I find connection in my own relationships—with my family, my four beloved companions (two of whom have fur), and the natural world. I love feeling the sun on my face, breathing in fresh air, and noticing the simple moments of beauty that each season brings.
